Basketball Elite Team – Rules & Code of Conduct
بمشاركة اللاعب في أي أنشطة أو مباريات أو تدريبات تابعة لـ Basketball Elite، يُعد ذلك إقرارًا وموافقةً كاملة على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية، والتي وُضعت لضمان السلامة، العدالة، التنظيم، والالتزام بالروح الرياضية.

1. السلوك والروح الرياضية
1.1 يلتزم جميع اللاعبين باللعب النظيف وتجنب أي احتكاك عنيف أو تصرف متهور قد يؤدي إلى إصابة أي لاعب.
1.2 الاحترام المتبادل بين جميع المشاركين إلزامي، ويُمنع منعًا باتًا استخدام أي ألفاظ مسيئة أو سلوك غير رياضي.
1.3 يُمنع التعليق أو النقد على أداء اللاعبين الآخرين داخل الملعب أثناء اللعب.

2. الحضور والالتزام بالمواعيد
2.1 يلتزم اللاعب بالحضور قبل موعد بدء اللعب بـ 15 دقيقة على الأقل.
2.2 يحق للمنظمين تقييد أو منع مشاركة أي لاعب يتأخر عن الموعد المحدد.

3. الزيّ الرسمي
3.1 يلتزم اللاعب بارتداء الزيّ الرسمي
أثناء اللعب Basketball Elite الخاص بـ
3.2 في حال عدم شراء الزي بعد، يُسمح بارتداء تيشيرت باللون الأصفر أو الكحلي فقط.

4. التحكيم وتنظيم اللعب
4.1 جميع قرارات الحكام نهائية وملزمة ولا يجوز الاعتراض عليها.
4.2 التواصل مع الحكام يكون فقط من خلال:
• رئيس الفرقة
• الأدڤانسز
• مسؤولي الجروب (Admins)
4.3 يُمنع تمامًا الاعتراض أو التعليق على قرارات الحكام داخل الملعب.
4.4 أي اعتراض على التحكيم يؤدي مباشرة إلى احتساب Technical Foul.

5. الإجراءات التأديبية
5.1 تحتفظ إدارة Basketball Elite بحق اتخاذ الإجراء التأديبي المناسب في حال مخالفة أي من هذه الشروط.
5.2 تشمل الإجراءات التأديبية – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
• إنذار
• إيقاف مؤقت عن اللعب
• الاستبعاد النهائي من الجروب أو الأنشطة
5.3 جميع القرارات التأديبية تُتخذ وفقًا لتقدير إدارة Basketball Elite وحدها.

6. الإقرار والموافقة
6.1 مشاركة اللاعب في أي نشاط تابع لـ Basketball Elite تُعد إقرارًا صريحًا بموافقته على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
6.2 يحق لـ Basketball Elite تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويُعد الاستمرار في المشاركة موافقة على أي تحديثات.

📜 Terms & Conditions
Basketball Elite Team – Rules & Code of Conduct
By participating in any Basketball Elite games, sessions, or activities, all players acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, which are established to ensure safety, fairness, organization, and sportsmanship.

1. Sportsmanship & Conduct
1.1 Players must adhere to fair play and avoid any violent, reckless, or excessive physical contact that may result in injury.
1.2 Mutual respect among all participants is mandatory. Offensive language, abusive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Commenting on or criticizing other players’ performance during games is not permitted.

2. Attendance & Punctuality
2.1 Players must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
2.2 Late arrival may result in restricted or denied participation at the organizers’ discretion.

3. Dress Code
3.1 Players are required to wear the official Basketball Elite uniform.
3.2 Players who have not yet obtained the official uniform may wear a yellow or navy-blue t-shirt only.

4. Refereeing & Game Management
4.1 All referee decisions are final and binding.
4.2 Communication with referees is limited to:
• Team Leader
• Advanced Players
• Group Administrators
4.3 Any form of arguing or commenting on referee decisions during play is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Any objection to officiating decisions will result in an immediate Technical Foul.

5. Disciplinary Actions
5.1 Basketball Elite reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any player who violates these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Disciplinary actions may include, but are not limited to:
• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from the group or activities
5.3 All disciplinary decisions are made at the sole discretion of Basketball Elite management.

6. Acceptance of Terms
6.1 Participation in any Basketball Elite activity constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Basketball Elite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of such updates.
